Requirements:

This testing panel requires fasting for 9 - 12 hours. Fasting is defined as no consumption of food or beverage other than water for at least 9-12 hours before testing.  

 

It is recommended that someone taking Biotin (also known as vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R) stop consumption at least 72 hours prior to the collection of a sample.

 

If using a testosterone cream please be sure you have not rubbed any into the antecubital area of your arm for the last 24 hours as it can give elevated results. For accurate test results, no ejaculation during the 24 hours preceding the test.
